Right they are too. Flamed is another great way and is the speciality of the restaurant, Irachegara, in Tenerife, and the still flaming plate makes a great spectacular entrance to your meal. (To find the restaurant, take the turning up towards Vera de Erjes, between Adeje and Guia de Isora.) This mosaic is made entirely from seeds and is on the wall inside their dining room.
