The typical queso blanco (fresh, white goat's cheese) made in the hamlet of Teno Alto in Tenerife. This stuff is far superior to that in most supermarkets, but to try it, you'll have to go to Teno Alto itself, the Farmers' Market at Los Pedregales in El Palmar every Sunday, or you can sometimes get it from the Supermercado Las Cuevas in El Palmar.
