Back on July 13th, Puerto de la Cruz celebrated it's annual "wet and wild" Embarkation Tuesday (read about it here) - the Tuesday closest to July 16th, day of Virgen del Carmen (Our Lady of Mount Carmel) - of it's July Fiestas.
